Customers utilising their own SIM card are to ensure that SIM card is unblocked for Global Roaming and International Dialling. Please check that your Network has a roaming agreement with the Country and the State you are travelling in. Roaming calls accrue higher call charges. Rates vary according to the country and area you are roaming in. All Incoming calls are chargeable and for clients account. No credit will be provided for down time due to lack of signal. We do not accept liability for lack of coverage outside of Australia.

No insurance is offered for handsets utilised outside of Australia, please ensure that you are adequately insured for handset. Full replacement value of handset will be charged to customer if handset is lost or stolen.
