Customers utilising their own SIM card are to ensure that SIM card is
unblocked for Global Roaming and International Dialling. Please check that
your Network has a roaming agreement with the Country and the State you are
travelling in. Roaming calls accrue higher call charges. Rates vary
according to the country and area you are roaming in. All Incoming calls are
chargeable and for clients account. No credit will be provided for down time
due to lack of signal. We do not accept liability for lack of coverage
outside of Australia.
When utilising a 3G handset with your own SIM card, customer to ensure that
SIM card is compatible with roaming in Japan. Please confirm with your
Network provider. Vodafone SIM cards that are compatible include the Red SIM
card with Vodafone speech mark , the 12th digit of the SIM serial number
must be equal or above 4. The Green and Gold SIM card with the Wallaby logo is
compatible if the SIM serial number's 12th digit is greater than or equal to 2.
Rates exclude GST.
No insurance is offered for handsets utilised outside of Australia, please
ensure that you are adequately insured for handset. Full replacement value
of handset will be charged to customer if handset is lost or stolen.
